Lee Jaffe - Jean-Michel Basquiat
Having had the ability to capture one of the art world’s true greats, a series of Lee Jaffe photographs reveal an intimate look into the process of the legendary Jean-Michel Basquiat. The ability to photograph somebody of Basquiat’s prowess offers newcomers an in-depth link to an important figurehead in the world of pop art.
Morrocco w/ Ma and Tom was unforgettable. We made away with carpets, poofs, pillows, and anything you can think of under the sun. I am now a confident bargainer, especially because the first day we were mostly likely ripped off by everyone. We had some great conversations; talking religion with a local carpet-seller, family with a local spa worker, and herbs with a local botanist. After that mom came to London for a few days and jump-started Thomas and I’s culinary dreams. What an amazing Spring Break.
Faith’s time in London was so fun she extended her stay by 24 hours! Above you will see our bangin night at Duke Box (flamesthrowers? included), us seeing Mama Mia at the Novello Theater, us getting our 3D experience at the London Eye, and a fall-filled night at the Roller Disco. Miss her soooooo much.
Some recent photos around London. George is learning the Harmonica. Apart from a recent sickness all has been well over here. Starting to get rolling on my MA thesis, Thomas is taking an overload of classes to get his ass graduated, and we are all trying to balance school or work with living in a city like London with so much to do.

Seems fitting… for purposes of this tumblr anyways.
I want to get back into this, I guess last semester got to crazy. I don’t think anyone can even see this blog… but WHATEVA! Keeping track of me.
